The following are specific objectives and activities derived thereof in the medium term:

1.      To build institutional capacities of IKEG and collaborative partners as well as grass-root stakeholders.	IKEG’s institutional capacity building through conferences, seminars, exhibitions and access to resource centres  as well as instruction materials
	Mobilize, sensitize, and train local partners in generation and dissemination of endogenous knowledge for sustainable development.
	Establish Obuntu/Wisdom Clubs in universities and secondary schools for management and enterprising
2.      To develop solutions for graduates’ unemployment through government-universities-Enterprises cooperation and endogenous knowledge using participatory methodologies	R&D for addressing graduates’ unemployment problem
	Cultivating a reading culture amongst university and college graduates and students as well as secondary schools students
	To organise cooperatives for artisans
3.      Dissemination of worked out solutions	Writing books and publishing them
