The goal for which the organisation was established is knowledge management for creating solutions that will promote good economic governance to address economic and social problems through Government-University-Enterprise cooperation and endogenous knowledge.

To generate and disseminate knowledge as well as workout solutions for good economic governance that will guarantee prosperity for all.
